This is a brand new washable & reusable Hoover Windtunnel T-Series Pre-Motor replacement filter by Crucial Vacuum that replaces Part Number 303173001. This replacement filter is located inside of the top of the dirt bin. Once you remove the dust bin assembly from the vacuum cleaner, twist the lid/handle to expose the primary filter. Pull the tab on the filter to remove it from the dust bin. Rinse the filter under warm water, until the filter no longer is visibly dirty. Please allow the filter to be air dried for at least 24 hours before reinstalling it into your Hoover vacuum for use. Many people purchase a second filter to use while one is drying. For optimal performance for your vacuum, it's recommended that this filter be cleaned at least every 30 days, or if the vacuum suddenly looses suction. The Hoover story begins in 1907. Murray Spangler, an inventor who worked nights as a janitor, had an asthma problem.
